WellShape stands fully behind the quality of our platform. Our refund rate is under 1% — not because we make claims difficult, but because the programmes work. When a refund is genuinely warranted, we process it promptly and without friction.
1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with WellShape for any reason within 30 days of your first full-price charge, email [email protected] with "Refund" in the subject line. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. No justification is required and no questions will be asked.
2. Trial Period Policy
The $0.99 trial fee is non-refundable, as it represents heavily discounted access to the complete platform. If you are charged the monthly fee because you forgot to cancel, you may request a refund of that first charge within 7 days of it being processed.
3. Annual Plans
Annual plans may be refunded in full within 30 days of purchase. After this window, prorated refunds are not available for annual plans unless mandated by applicable consumer protection law.
4. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights. EU, UK, Australian, and other consumers with mandatory legal protections — those rights apply fully and are not affected by anything stated here.
